Will you have noise cancellation technology?
This is in the works! We are hoping to have acoustics up by our grand opening, but it may be rolled out over the course of year 1. We will have it included, however.
Will we cap Memberships?
Yes, we will! Only 80 memberships per court will be allowed to encourage the best play experience. Our prices are reflected as such to encourage a great play time across memberships so they are not fighting for courts.
When is the grand opening?
We are undergoing construction and hope for May 1, 2026! If you have a founding membership, we will give a special perk of soft opening access on April 15, 2026 for feedback!
How do I add a DUPR Rating?
Navigate or log into your app on your phone. Click on your account Click "DUPR Rating" Click "Login to DUPR" by your account information to the DUPR sign in, and agree to connect to our booking system Click "Awesome!" Yay! You're done ✨
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships can not be paused. You can cancel and rejoin if you would like but will have to pay the initiation fee upon rejoining.
What court dimensions will you have?
All courts 1-7 will have 64x32 court spacing for ample play room. Court 8 will have 62x30 court spacing to include room for private or corporately sponsored events while still maintaining room for game play!

Where do I park?
Anywhere outside the perimeter! We have upwards of 150 parking spaces. You’re also more than welcome to ride your bike over and ask us to help store it for you.
What programs do we have?
Our team is working on a lot of fun social events and programming to bring pickleball for seniors (Senior Smash), pickleball for kids (the Cucumber Club), and everyone else! We will have our page live here soon!
What is our guest policy?
If they are not actively playing and would just like to watch or hang out while others are playing, they are more than welcome to join. But please be mindful that all courts are monitored so if you are playing, you must pay the delegated non-member rate or member rate accordingly.
What is the cancellation policy?
We get it, sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to your reservation. Our cancellation policy helps us free up courts for the Vegas community, so we encourage you to cancel your reservation in advance when you’re able to. Court reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to start time with no charge. If a cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the start time, you will be charged for the booking unless we cancel the reservation due to weather or not having enough participants, in which case you won't be charged for the cancellation. All cancellation charges will be applied to your credit card immediately. For programs, the cancellation window depends on the event, so please be sure to read the event description and information in its entirety before signing up. Additionally, to keep some people from booking all peak times and then cancelling, if you are on a membership plan and cancel more than 3 times in any given 14 day window, we will freeze your account for 7 days to prevent misuse of the space.

What do I wear to Pickleball?
Leave your heels and cufflinks for the strip later in the evening! For pickleball you just need gym attire and some nice closed toed shoes (preferred) for the game! That being said… I have been beat by a few kids in crocs (sport mode at least).
What will League Play look like?
We will have leagues that run concurrent. They will be 8 weeks with 1-2 sessions depending each week.
I need a pickleball. Can you help?
Come to our front desk anytime and we will give you options!
I need a paddle. Can you help?
Come to our pro shop and work with any pro/trainer/or staff member and we’ll be able to assist you. If you’d like to rent first before purchase, we have options available for this as well at $10/paddle for 1 week, same as you see with G.O.A.T. Pickleball.
Who's doing your pro shop?
We are working with G.O.A.T. to have a premium partnership for our pro shop offerings! Get all your favorites and ask about anything you’d like kept in stock.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes we have state of the art restrooms available for use open anytime the facility is available!
Do you host tournaments?
Yes, see our planned Grand Opening Tournament already here!
Do you need a reservation to play?
Yes and no! If you’d like to drop in anytime you’re more than welcome with some better rates available. However, if you’re just looking to watch, we always welcome viewers at no additional cost (we just ask for honesty).
Can I host a private party or corporate event?

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, if you want to cancel your membership, please contact us at sueellen.usc@gmail.com. We don’t think you'd want to, but you can cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will be canceled by your next billing cycle.
Are these courts indoors?
Yes all 8 courts are covered, with top tier lighting, temperature modulation, replay technology, personalized app reservations, and more!
Can I have a DUPR rated match on my own?
Yes, all matches CAN be DUPR rated if you CHOOSE. You don’t have to report, but typically if all 4 parties or 2 parties (singles) want to report the match, it’s encouraged to get you a more accurate rating.
How many free replays come with my membership?
5 will come out of the gate and if we notice people want more, then we will up it for our founding members!
Can I freeze my account due to injury?
Call me personally at 213.308.4617. We will make special exceptions to ensure that people are getting the most of their memberships. (I personally would hate to pay if I was injured).
