1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing The Courts LV website, becoming a member, booking courts, or using our facilities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership:

• Memberships are non-transferable

• Fees are billed according to the selected plan

• Founding memberships may be limited in quantity and availability

• Benefits may evolve over time

• We reserve the right to modify membership offerings with notice.
  
  

3. Facility Use & Conduct:

Members and guests must:

• Respect staff and other players

• Follow posted rules and booking times

• Avoid aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior

We enforce a no-nonsense policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Court Reservations:

• Courts must be reserved through PodPlay

• Booking windows vary by membership tier

• “Court theft” is not permitted

• Games must end on time to respect incoming reservations
  
  

5. Match Recording & Technology:

By using PodPlay-enabled courts, you consent to:

• Automated match recording

• Score tracking and statistics

• Replay availability via PodPlay

Technology availability is not guaranteed at all times.

6. Payments & Refunds:

• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)

• Membership fees are generally non-refundable

• Event and clinic refunds follow posted policies
  
  

7. Guests:

Members are responsible for their guests’ behavior and compliance with club rules.

8. Events & Programming:

Leagues, tournaments, clinics, and events are subject to:

• Capacity limits

• Skill-based placement

• Schedule changes or cancellation
  
  

9. Assumption of Risk:

Pickleball is a physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages.

10. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Courts LV is not liable for:

• Personal injury

• Property loss

• Technology failures

• Service interruptions
  
  

11. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms without refund.

12. Modifications:

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
